She is especially passionate about educating her clients on the different mortgage options available and she believes that a mortgage is “never just about the rate”. A true mortgage geek at heart, Amber loves to “find a way” to put approvals together - even in the most complex situations!

Samara Fairbairn
Samara is your point of contact after approval. She brings decades of experience in the mortgage industry and will ensure everything is in place for the closing of your file. Samara will be in contact with you to collect any documents we request from you for your mortgage. She will liaison with the lawyers, the appraisers, and the lenders accordingly to ensure that your mortgage details are set up as you wish.
